Amazing service provided by Josiah. Very accommodating, even came in late just to help my girlfriend and I since we live out of town. Helped get cruise control added to a vehicle that really loved and kept in touch with us even after purchase. If anyone is looking for a good deal or is tired of dealing with the headache and anxiety riddled experience that is car shopping, I would 100% recommend northland motorcars.

My name is Nick and just bought a Car from the owner Josiah. I live in Fargo, ND and worked with Josiah he was professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I drove down to Sioux Falls, SD to buy a 2019 Chevrolet Trax. He was very upfront with the condition of the vehicle and I felt like the price he had listed was fair. I didn't notice any issues at the time of the purchase and I didn't notice anything with the car driving it home. Josiah was very friendly and made the experience pretty smooth and quick. With my overall experience I would give him 5 stars my only feed back is I did wish it came with a full tank of gas other than that everything seemed like a great experience.

I had my car break down unexpectedly on the highway while i was on my way home for the weekend. i had work three hours away the next day and had no idea what i was going to do. i first thought of josiah at northland because my family has known him for a while, so we decided to see if he had anything that might work for me. he was easygoing and very helpful, i’ve never bought a car before and he never made me feel stupid or like he was being deceitful. it was a huge relief, he walked me through the process and let me test drive a few cars and i found something perfect for me. he even reached out a couple weeks later to ensure everything was going well. i’m so grateful that i had someone in my community to trust and i will absolutely be working with him again in the future. highly recommend.

Josiah was friendly and helpful from the start. He responded to my message within a few minutes. He didn't make me feel like I was just another sale. He told us everything that had been done while it was on their lot. He even went as far as replacing the tires AFTER we purchased it since they were in need. I will definitely check them out in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

Josiah at Northland Motorcars is a great to work with! I always feel a little uneasy when going to buy a vehicle since it's a large purchase, and you wonder how honest the dealer is going to be. Any uneasiness I had was put aside after meeting with Josiah. He's honest, straightforward, and friendly. Their policy is to take any vehicle they put out for sale through an inspection first and fix any major issues. As he put it, he doesn't want the customer to get to that first oil change at their repair shop and find a bunch of surprises. The whole buying process was simple and I would highly recommend you buy your next vehicle at Northland Motorcars.

Josiah was extremely helpful. He was Upfront and honest. Great guy to work with and got me in my new Durango with ease. Not the nicest dealership in town by anymeans but definitely worth checking out.
