Protection plans are added at the time of purchase through our finance office. Once your plan is active, you can take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility. Present your contract, the shop contacts the plan administrator for authorization, and payment is handled directly between them and the shop.
Your plan documents outline exactly what is covered, your deductible (if any), and how to file a claim. Keep them in your glove box.
Vehicle protection plans are administered by a third-party provider (DealerAdmin) and subject to the terms and conditions of your service contract. Coverage details, exclusions, deductibles, and claim procedures are outlined in the contract provided at time of purchase. Northland Motorcars is not the plan administrator.
